\u200bCARACAS, 9 de marzo de 2026 \u2013 En una jornada marcada por la movilizaci\u00f3n territorial, Venezuela llev\u00f3 a cabo este domingo 8 de marzo la Primera Consulta Popular Nacional 2026. El proceso tuvo como objetivo principal la elecci\u00f3n de proyectos prioritarios por parte de las comunidades organizadas para la gesti\u00f3n de recursos en sectores cr\u00edticos como servicios p\u00fablicos, salud y educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde tempranas horas del domingo, los centros de votaci\u00f3n habilitados en los 24 estados del pa\u00eds recibieron a los ciudadanos vinculados a los Consejos Comunales y Comunas. Seg\u00fan reportes oficiales del Gobierno Nacional, la jornada busc\u00f3 profundizar el modelo de \u00absocialismo territorial\u00bb, permitiendo que los propios vecinos decidieran qu\u00e9 infraestructuras o mejoras sociales deb\u00edan ser atendidas con financiamiento estatal inmediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Puntos clave de la jornada: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participaci\u00f3n Protag\u00f3nica: El proceso cont\u00f3 con la supervisi\u00f3n de autoridades nacionales, incluyendo a la vicepresidenta ejecutiva, quien destac\u00f3 el papel de la juventud y las mujeres en la organizaci\u00f3n del evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proyectos Electos: Entre las opciones m\u00e1s votadas destacaron la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de sistemas de bombeo de agua, la impermeabilizaci\u00f3n de centros educativos y el fortalecimiento de los ambulatorios locales (Barrio Adentro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contexto Regional: La votaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 de forma paralela a procesos electorales en pa\u00edses vecinos como Colombia, donde se celebraron consultas interpartidistas y elecciones legislativas, lo que mantuvo la frontera bajo vigilancia especial durante el fin de semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voceros del Ejecutivo Nacional calificaron la consulta como un \u00abejercicio de democracia directa\u00bb y aseguraron que los recursos para los proyectos ganadores comenzar\u00e1n a ser transferidos de manera progresiva a las cuentas de los circuitos comunales correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se espera que en las pr\u00f3ximas horas se ofrezca un balance definitivo con el n\u00famero total de proyectos aprobados a nivel nacional y el cronograma de ejecuci\u00f3n para el presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
